So… this is late. π I usually post my “Plate Update” (a quick review of what I accomplished/experienced off my “full plate” the month before) in the first week of a new month, but between that amazing Five Fall Favorites party and some other things I wanted to post last week… here we are. π
September (probably my favorite month because… autumn!! β€ ) was full of gluten-free baking. (Almond flour coffee cake and pancakes! I love trying new recipes. π )
Hereβs a quick update on my full plate last month.Β π
Pleasure read:
The Mysterious Benedict Society (five stars)
All the Crooked Saints (two stars)
Answered:
More party emails π
Googled:
I actually fell down on keeping track of this since the rest of the month was pretty busy and sometimes stressful. π So if this is usually your favorite part, sorry about that. I’m trying to do better this month.Β
Wrote:
So many reviews O.o.
New scenes in my WIP, finishing draft three π
Blog posts (the top five being I Have a New Favorite Author, An Avoidance of Strawberries, Inspiration–the Thoughts of a Hacker, Happily Busy, and Just Memes.) Also, I wrote some posts for Five Fall Favorites ahead since we were scheduling them early in the morning. π
Edited:Β
A Christmas story prequel to KieraΒ
Miscellaneoused:
Went to my first football game π
Attended a very sweet Christian wedding β€
Cried over “The Odd Life of Timothy Green” and “Meet the Robinsons” during family movie nights
Made Christmas cards for soldiers with my sisters
Worked with super cool beta-readers π
I also did an inventory at our local Christian bookstore with a sister and my mom, attended our church’s family camp, went to the coffee shop twice ( :O ) and had tea both times, and had some sweet family times with read-alouds or just long talks. β€Β Also, I very much enjoyed my download of Himalayas and eagerly awaited the arrival of my physical cd. π
This next month (or at least what’s left of it), Iβm looking forward to tackling some projects that have been giving me a little trouble, loving the rain, and being brave in Christ. π
How was your September?Β What are you looking forward to this month?
In September I started to read some Christmas books. My sisters and I decorated for Autumn. In October we added Halloween decorations. I intend to start wrapping the few Christ,as gifts I have purchased. I hate leaving everything until the last minute.

I’m so far behind on these posts. I do read them when they come in, but sadly I haven’t taken the time to comment. π¦
Uh, September? I spent a lot of time planning for the Five Fall Favorites party, trying to get some short stories written, and other things. I can’t even remember everything. Oh, I did go on a bike ride (bicycle) with my grandpa (89), Dad, aunt, brother, and 5 of my nieces and nephews. Most of us rode both ways which ended up being about 8 miles. π
