3/16. Today’s date. I chose it for the cover reveal before I really looked at the number written out, but when I did, I was kinda delighted.
3/16 happens to be the address for one of the most famous Bible passages on love, and since that’s really what my book is all about, I thought it was a pretty fun nod from God. 😉
I seriously have been sooooo chomping at the bit to get to share this cover with you all. My designer (Perry Kirkpatrick who also designed the first edition) did an amazing job, and I really think she captured the spirit of the book perfectly. 🙌🙌
(It’s also going to look SO GOOD in hardcover. 😍)

Publishing my novel Kiera was a dream come true, and lately, I’ve been dreaming up more for it again. 💗
I already mentioned a sequel idea, but I’m ready to share the project that’s been in the “research and development” stage for a couple months now.

I’ve been having fun learning the ins and outs of hardcovers, a.k.a. watching YouTube videos and messaging veteran authors (you know who you are, and thank you!) and reading numerous articles.
I’ve written my author’s note, added the second edition to Goodreads, and will soon be marking up a copy for edits. 😉

Sometimes I just see a cover and immediately fall in love. Whimsical lines, an intriguing title, beautiful colors, and a unique element I’ve never seen before.
That’s how it’s been for me with the cover of Amie Woleslagle’s debut poem collection, Fifteen.
When she announced the cover reveal for her next book, naturally titled Sixteen, I jumped on board because I knew she was going to have something equally creative and lovely in store.

I read Water Princess, Fire Prince by Kendra Ardnek in it’s first edition cover and loved it to pieces, then absolutely gawked over the new cover for it and the second one, so today I’m particularly excited to share the cover for the third book with you. ❤
First, a snippet from the book. 😉
It wasn’t far to Petra’s room where he flicked on the light. There she was, sprawled across her bed, a pillow hugged to her chest. Reuben smiled to himself as he walked over to the bed, sat down at her side, took her hand, and closed his eyes.
